Hello! My name Taylor Burney. I am a self taught artist currently living in Abilene, Tx to complete college. However, I am from Fort Worth, Tx! Ever since I was little I enjoyed drawing and painting. My great grandmother was a painter so I suppose it’s in my blood! After my dad bought me my first art set for Christmas, I have been creating ever since! I am so lucky to be able to have people who support me and my art dreams.

Painting is my getaway and my favorite thing to do. I enjoy painting with acrylics and oils the most. However, I find it really fun to watercolor and try other mediums. When I’m not painting you can find me doing beaded embroidery, journaling, and crocheting.

Painting beautiful landscapes is my favorite thing to create, specifically seascapes. The looseness of the water and vibrance of the skies continually draws me in.
